مرحبًا بكم في Reem Al Bader Art / Fann Flow. باستخدام الموقع أو إتمام أي عملية شراء، فإنكم توافقون على الشروط والأحكام الموضحة أدناه. جميع الأعمال الفنية مصنوعة يدويًا، وقد تختلف بعض التفاصيل والألوان بشكل بسيط. يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال يومي عمل، ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك. جميع الصور والأعمال الفنية والتصاميم والمحتويات الموجودة على الموقع محمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية ولا يجوز استخدامها دون موافقة مسبقة.

Welcome to Reem Al Bader Art / Fann Flow. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. All artworks are handmade, and slight variations in colors and details may occur. Orders are generally prepared within two business days unless otherwise agreed. All artwork, images, designs, and website content are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without prior permission.

2. سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع | Return & Refund Policy

نحرص على رضا عملائنا وجودة أعمالنا. يمكن طلب الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية، ووفقًا للقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في دولة الكويت. لا تشمل سياسة الاسترجاع الأعمال المصممة أو المنفذة حسب الطلب، إلا في حال وجود عيب أو عدم مطابقة للمواصفات المتفق عليها، مع مراعاة حقوق العميل القانونية. تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية بعد الموافقة على الطلب.

We value our customers’ satisfaction and the quality of our handmade artworks. Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the product is unused and in its original condition, subject to applicable Kuwait laws and regulations. Custom-made or personalized artworks are not eligible for return, except in cases of defects or failure to meet the agreed specifications, without prejudice to the customer’s legal rights. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

نحترم خصوصيتكم ونلتزم بحماية بياناتكم الشخصية. قد نجمع معلومات مثل الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وعنوان التوصيل وتفاصيل الطلب بهدف معالجة الطلبات وتقديم خدماتنا والتواصل مع العملاء. قد تتم مشاركة المعلومات الضرورية مع مزودي خدمات الدفع والشحن لإتمام الطلب. لا نقوم ببيع بيانات العملاء الشخصية.

We may collect details such as your name, email address, delivery address, and order information to process orders, provide our services, and communicate with customers. Necessary information may be shared with payment and shipping providers to fulfill your order. We do not sell customers’ personal information.
